Fort Carson directly supports about 25,000 soldiers and has about 150,000 people, including retirees, that come to the installation for various services.įort Carson is about 2 miles wide and about 5 miles in length from north to south. The courses at the RTI focus on leadership development. The main courses taught at the RTI are: They have Live Ranges, Training Simulators, Classrooms, Conference Areas, State Office Areas, On-site Lodging, Supply/Admin Areas and much more. The 168th RTI is the Colorado National Guard’s premier "Fully Accredited" training institute, known for having professional leaders who inspire students to meet the highest standards with realistic and relevant training.
